I will educate, encourage and practice the fundamentals of functional fitness with you in a private setting so you can maximize your fitness efficiency. 

We may start with a jog to Lower Harbor, a dynamic flexibility warm up inside or a few yoga poses. One thing is for sure, you will never do the same workout twice. Each of your sessions is methodically thought out for you and your needs, keeping in mind the program's larger goal.    

I work hard to cater to a variety of clientele and their lifestyles. Marquette is a vibrant city with people who participate in healthy activities year round, whether it be recreationally or competitively. Work and family schedules can vary and be unpredictable. I also know each of you have a different health history, fitness level and recovery time. I have packages based on FREQUENCY and DURATION. It’s really simple, I promise.
